Graduate Non-Degree
Potential applicants who have a verifiable baccalaureate degree from an accredited
institution and who do not intend to pursue a graduate degree at Ohio State
may register for courses under the graduate non-degree designation.
Students may take graduate
courses open to graduate non-degree students. Such students, however, are
not registered in a specific graduate degree program. For more information, including the application,
please visit the Graduate and Professional Admissions website.
Note: If a graduate non-degree student is later admitted to a graduate
degree program at Ohio State, no more than 10 hours of graduate credit accumulated
while in the non-degree classification may be counted toward the graduate
degree (Graduate School Handbook.)
