It fosters quality in graduate education and research by ensuring high standards for graduate degree programs and by providing essential services that support the work of graduate students, faculty, and staff.

Commitment to quality and collaboration

The Graduate School works with Ohio State's colleges and graduate programs to ensure that Ohio State is offering the highest quality graduate degree experiences to its students. The Graduate School is an active player in national and international efforts related to graduate education. It is a member of the Council of Graduate Schools and CIC Committee on Institutional Cooperation, and Dean Osmer is a past board president of CGS.
