Pay-It-Forward Mixer

From May 31, to June 2, 2012, the Arts and Sciences and Graduate School Deans of the Committee on Institutional Cooperation will be sponsoring a conference for Post-Doctoral Scholars on Transitioning to Faculty Life, here on campus, hosted by the NSF ADVANCE Project for Comprehensive Equity at Ohio State (CEOS). On Friday, June 2, 2012, from 6-8 pm, Project CEOS and the Graduate School would like to invite you to the Pay it Forward mixer, where current doctoral students at OSU can meet with post-doctoral scholars from across the country to get the inside scoop on finding, securing, and surviving your own post doc experience.

Dissertation Formatting Workshop (3/30/2012)

This workshop will discuss the required format for dissertations and thesis. The presentation will include easy ways to achieve the required format in general, and Word 2010 specifically, as well as utilizing the Graduate School templates for Word 2010 and tips for using them. There will be a question and answer session following the workshop. This workshop will be held on Tuesday, June 12 from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.in University Hall 56. Registration is required.
